When is Power Platform the right answer?

Where there is a genuine gap between systems you already run, the process is focused, and someone will own it. Approvals, inspections, mobile forms, case workflow, exception handling and simple external forms are the common ones. It is the wrong answer when the requirement is really an ERP or CRM decision, when a mature specialist product does the job better, or when the volume and complexity belong in an enterprise platform.

Does low code actually save money?

It reduces the effort of building. It does not remove the cost of owning: user counts, premium capabilities, connectors, Dataverse capacity, external users, automation volumes, AI consumption, support and administration. We would rather price that honestly at design time than let it surface as a surprise at renewal.

We already have dozens of apps and flows nobody understands. Can that be fixed?

Yes, and it is a common piece of work. It starts with an inventory: what exists, who owns it, what is genuinely used, what is business critical and where the licensing or access exposure sits. That inventory then decides what moves under governance, what gets consolidated, what is rebuilt properly and what is switched off.

Where does Copilot Studio fit?

Where a conversational or agent experience needs approved knowledge and a defined set of permitted actions. If the requirement needs custom models, complex enterprise data or prediction, that usually becomes a broader Data and AI discussion.

Do you have Power Platform outcome figures we can look at?

Not published ones, and we will not invent them. We can demonstrate the intended workflow and design, and we agree a baseline before the work so the outcome can be measured against something real. Where we do not have customer-approved measurement, we say so rather than presenting a demonstration as proof.

Why it matters. Less effort on the repetitive plumbing around approvals, notifications and system handoffs.
How we help. We settle the rule first, then design the connections, exceptions, ownership and monitoring around it. A known rule can be automated. An uncertain decision usually needs a person, or a different answer.

Give an agent a defined job.

An agent can use approved connectors, workflows and tools to find information or carry out specific actions across business systems. A service agent might find a customer record, check an open case and create a follow up task. It should not have open access to every action in CRM.
