How we help
Start with what is happening.
Not with a product name.
Most people arrive here mid-problem. A project is slipping, the system everyone was promised is not delivering, or nobody can agree what to do next. Tell us what is going on and we will tell you where we would start.
Two businesses can run the same software and need completely different help. What is happening matters more than what you own.
Where people usually start
Find the sentence that sounds like your situation.
Nobody starts at the beginning of a tidy process. People come to us wherever the pressure is.
If the work is already defined, we will also tell you honestly whether it can be done faster. Our accelerated approach only applies where the scope, the data and the decision-making genuinely support it. Once you are live, the questions change again: keeping it running, deciding what is worth improving, then doing it.
In their words
Customers describing their own projects.
Published customer material, in their words rather than ours. It does not yet cover every situation on this page, and we will not pretend otherwise.
What you can expect us to say
Sometimes the useful answer is smaller than the one you asked for.
We would rather lose the bigger piece of work than sell something that will not pay for itself.
You ask us to replace the platform.
We often find the platform is fine and the way it is set up is the problem.
You ask for a large transformation.
We may suggest a short piece of work to establish the facts first.
You ask us to take over support.
We start by inspecting what we would be inheriting, before promising anything.
You ask for AI.
Often better reporting or a fixed process gets you further, faster, for less.
Leaving things as they are is a perfectly good outcome. Not every conversation needs to become a project.
Three questions
Not sure which one you are? Answer three questions.
This points at a sensible place to start. A person still reviews anything that follows.

Before you call
The questions people ask us first.
A conversation, not a pitch
Tell us what is happening. We will tell you where to start.
No service to choose, no form maze. Describe the situation, where you are today and what systems are involved. If we are not the right people, we will say so.
