Data & AI

Everyone has data.
Few can act on it in time.

Your ERP, CRM and operational systems already know most of what you need. The hard part is deciding which decision should get better, what it would take to trust the numbers behind it, and whether AI is even the right tool for the job.

How we decide what fits

AI does not remove weak-data risk. It amplifies it, faster.

Sound familiar?

Nobody asks for a data strategy.

They ask why the numbers never agree, why the pack takes a day to build, and why nothing changed after the AI pilot.

  • The report arrives after the decision

By the time the numbers land, the moment to do something about them has gone.

  • Two teams, two versions of the same number

Half the meeting goes on whose figure is right rather than what to do.

  • Someone spends Monday building the pack

Copying, pasting and reconciling, instead of looking at what it says.

  • The dashboard shows what happened

Not what needs attention this week, and not who should act on it.

  • There are AI pilots, but nothing changed

Interesting demos, no decision that runs differently as a result.

Where we start

Start with the decision, not the model.

Four steps, in this order. Most useful work is finished by step three, and it is usually smaller than expected.

  1. Delegate responsibilities: Which decision, made by whom, how often, and what happens when it is late or wrong.
  2. Check the information behind it: Not all your data. Just the data that decision depends on, and whether it can be trusted.
  3. Pick the smallest tool that works: Often a report or automation. Sometimes AI. The choice follows the problem, not the fashion.
  4. Prove it on one decision: Agree the baseline first, then measure whether anyone actually decides differently.

A few questions

Is AI even the right tool here?

Answer these and we will show a likely starting point, including where the honest answer is a report, an automation or a data fix first. Your answers stay here until you choose to continue.

1. What business decision needs to become better?

Before you call

The questions leaders ask us first.

A conversation, not a demo

Which decision would you like to get right sooner?

Tell us the decision, who makes it and what they use today. We will give you an honest view on whether that is a reporting job, an automation job or genuinely an AI one, and what it would take to prove it on one decision.
